What’s one reason why you choose to always go grocery shopping at Publix? Or buy clothes from the same LuLaRoe consultant? Or shop at Target for gifts or party accessories? Because that store has gained your trust—right?

Set time aside each day to respond to customers, follow up with recent orders, post on your company’s social media pages, and network.
